With this in mind, key procedures and requirements applied to every aspect of our business are in line with the European standard EN 15038 which was approved by the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN) in April 2006. Through conformity to this European standard, which establishes and defines requirements for the provision of quality services by TSPs, Words In Transit ensures that human and technical resources, quality and project management, client contracts and service procedures are all in accordance with this EN 15038 standard.
