Words In Transit works with a global network of translators and proofreaders.   Only those who pass stringent tests and meet the following criteria are accepted:

• Possess a relevant qualification
• Have a minimum of three years experience in general translation and proofreading services
• Are appropriately experienced in their chosen fields of specialisation
• Can provide at least two references attesting to their experience in this profession
• Are native speakers of their chosen target language
• Live in-country in view of the fact that languages evolve and translators who do not reside in their native country for any length of time will not be suitable for translating material for that target audience
